#Grateful for the tremendous support I've receiving in making this happen. Round 2 of Elite went down at Bugis Junction yesterday and the crowd was AMAZING. We witnessed a lot of athletes breaking their old lifting records and we saw how the support of a community can do so much.
This is exactly what I hoped for when I created this to bring the community together. I won't lie; I ran into a fair share of challenges to do this, but when I stood there yesterday seeing how the crowd roared and cheered, how the athletes grinned broadly after hitting a PR and new friendships being made, I tell myself I need to make this happen no matter how hard it is.
Let's make a date for the Grand Finals on 18 October, also at Bugis Junction, now.
